Et primo cum fuerit coptimata cappella nova et opus sit emere azurum et facere multas expensas et magister Petrus sit de proximo venturus ad pingendum et non sint parate pecunie nisi vendatur alquid de bonis stabilibus dicte fabrice et aliter non poxit fieri quod provideatur quod sit vendendum pro inveniendis pecuniis.

Iohannis magistri Cecchi unus ex dictis superstitibus dixit quod camerarius autoritate presentis nomini(?) possit banniri facere silvam della Torre di Bischonte et ospitum del corso et ipsis bamnitis secundum stilum dicte fabrice oblationes factas super dictis bonis reproponat iterum in presente colloquio et tunc deliberabunt quod essent vendendum. Quod quidem dictum octentum fuit per fabas tres del sic in contrarium reperta una alba non obstante.
