Baptista quondam Nicolai Ciarle de Urbino, sanus mente et intellectu licet corpore languens, timens mortis peryculum, nolens intestatus decedere, per hoc suum infrascriptum testamentum, quod dicitur sine scriptis, in hunc modum facete procuravit et fecit. [...] Item reliquit dicto jure Rafaeli, pupillo et fìlio olim Johannis Sanctis et domine Masie filie quondam dicti testatoris premortue, florenos centum quinguaginta, quos dicta Masia habuit a dicto testatore tempore contracti matrimonii cum dicto Johanne.
