An. 1521, die x februarii: Laurentius Ludovici sculptor Florentinus etc., promisit Magnifico viro Sigismundo Chisio patritio senensi, patruo et administratori personarum, rerum et bonorum dominorum haeredum quondam Magnifici domini Augustini de Chisiis etc., facere, construere et adimplere quandam sepulturam pro cadavere quondam domini Augustini prefati, reponendo cum scripturis, figuris, archis, imaginibus et aliis necessariis latius in quadam cedula de ipsius Laurentii consensu per Archangelum Columnam senensem scripta, et propria manu ipsius Laurentii subscripta sub anno et die in ea contentis, ad quam relatio fiat bene etc., decenter et ornate ac magistraliter, intra 30 menses proximos a die dictae cedulae computandos, et in deductionem et diminutionem mercedis et laboris sibi Laurentio promissae in ipsa cedula, idem Laurentius confessus fuit habuisse a domino Sigismundo Chisio praefato, per manus domini Burghesii de Burghesiis civis senensis eorum capserii, ducatos 150 auri de Camera etc., et promisit conservare indemnem Nicolaum Funicii scarpellinum ibidem praesentem etc., qui certificatus etc., se praesentem et in solidum obligando promisit, quod in eventum, in quem ipse Laurentius non observaret, prout vigore dictae scripturae, et praesentis instrumenti observare tenetur, et propterea dictorum ducatorum 150, aut illorum pars restituenda essent, illos aut illud quod restituendum esset restituere, absque exceptione etc. fol. 63.
