Die prima julii 1519, anno septimo Lionis decimi. Constitutus dominus Augustinus de Pavia laicus, habitator in Urbe in regione Pigne prope archum de Camillianis, principalis etc., sponte etc., confessus fuit habuisse et recepisse a domino Johanne Giberto R.mi domini Vicecancellarii Secretario, et domino Raphaele de Urbino absentibus, ac Johanne Anthonio Baptifferro presenti etc., summam et quantitatem viginti trium ducatorum de carlenis, et hoc causa et occasione psalmarum centum feni consignandi per suprascriptum Augustinum, videlicet psal mas quinquaginta domino Johanni Matheo, et psalmas vigintiquinque Raphaeli, ac reliquas psalmas xxv Johanni Anthonio prefatis, ad omne eorum beneplacitum elapso mense septembris proxime futuri. Dictusque Augustinus promisit dare pro qualibet spalma [sic] libras trecentas feni deductis rhetibus, et illas portare seu portari facere ad prenominatorum domus respective suis propriis sumptibus et expensis. Dictumque fenum debeat esse bonum et mercantinum. Pro quibus sic tenendis, prefatus dominus Augustinus se et sua bona in pleniori forma Camere Apostolice obligavit et ypothechavit, submittens etc., renuntians etc., constitutus procuratoris etc., et generaliter etc. Promittens etc. Relevans etc. Super quibus etc. Actum Rome in Burgo Sancti Petri in domo mei notarii infrascripti, sub anno etc., presentibus domino Claudio Warnier et Desiderio Bonart clericis Metentis et Tullensis diocesis testibus etc.
