E perché le some sono alquanto schoncie, per il che bisogna scambiare muli, si dubita che l’unione si possa rompere. E però ricercandovi Agostino di Vitale di opera alchuna in quel caso ne lo compiacerete, perché sendosi loro obligati non saria a proposito ci manchassino in sul facto.
