Havendome alli dì pasati facto intendere messer Baldasar da Castiglione, homo de V. Ill.ma S., che quella desiderava havere certo retracto che fu facto per lei quando era più giovene, desideroso continuo posserla gratuire e far cosa li sia servitio, ho concordato il maestro che il teneva e che lo ha facto; e per messer Aurelio mio credentiero, servitore e subdito de V. Ill.ma S., ostensore de la presente, lo mando ad quella. E se son stato un poco tardo ad mandarcelo, me haverà per excusato, et imputarà il maestro che non lo ha prima finito, ché li mancava dare la vernice. [...]
